Individuals:
A credit card number is necessary to guarantee your
reservation subject to the following:
-A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid
a $50 cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show,
one night's stay will be charged to the credit card.

Reservations & Cancellations
The Saratoga Inn Resort relies mainly on pre-booked
destination business. If cancellations occur too
close to the time of scheduled arrivals, it becomes
nearly impossible to rebook the space. However, we
never stop trying to assist you in resolving last
minute changes.
All reservations taken at the Saratoga Inn are subject
to cancellation policies. Hotel rooms held for groups
require a 2 week cancellation notice and the spa requires
a 24hr cancellation policy. Each cancellation policy
has a fee for late or no cancellations.
**Please Note: Rates are subject to
change without notice. Rates shown do
not include applicable taxes. Well mannered
pets are allowed for an additional housekeeping
fee of $50 per pet, per stay, and must
be "on
leash" at
all times. Half, $25 will be refunded
at check out if the room is not excessively
soiled by your pet. All rooms are non-smoking.
Children are always welcome. The Saratoga
Inn gladly accepts cash, traveler's checks,
MasterCard, Visa, Diner's Club,
American Express
and Discover.
